Hard times are hitting a lot of people thanks to government and banking incompetence, so I’m also looking to reduce costs when travelling myself. Having somehow acquired all the other equipment I need over the years, the only thing left I need to get is a tent. Yes I know, you’d have thought that would have come before the sleeping bag, the flasks & water carriers, the knife-fork-spoon set and various cooking utensils.
So I’m looking at the moment for suggestions & recommendations for products and suppliers.
Ideally I wanted something like The Swags from The Aussie Shop. However, they seem to be out of stock on many of them, plus I could do with something with room for two. Primarily I would like something easy to pitch, that would be discrete in appearance although weight isn’t too much of an issue as I wouldn’t be walking for days with it strapped to my back. It must also cope with three seasons of northern European weather.
