I was recently in Hartlepool for the Tall Ships and learned about Jack Crawford. All my family on my mother and fathers sides were born in and around sunderland, one of them being my uncle Jack Crawford he was the fourth child of my Grandfather William Crawford who married Elizabeth Thompson.Unfortunately I have no dates for either of them but they were both born in Sunderland and my grandfather was a shipbuilder by trade.Could there be any connection as i am trying to follow my family tree.

"Podsafe" means the owners of the rights to the music (could be the musician, record label, writer or publisher - depends upon the deal they agreed) have granted podcasters the permission to use the song without any payment of royalties.

Hi Timothy,

Thanks for the comment.

I knew as soon as I heard Carrie's song that it simply had to be played.

There really is a fantastic pool of talent out there and hopefully podcasters get ensure all the artists get the airplay they deserve.

Alasdair.
