When out and about on a trip, particularly if it is an extended trip, it is becoming more important to consider the equipment in use. Its battery life. Its connectivity. Whilst many times it is nice to completely escape and get “off grid”, if we can’t report or record the trip, the memories soon fade. Looking around I struggled to to find any directory listing of pubs, cafes, coffee shops and public spaces that allowed free internet access and / or recharging points. So as the old saying goes, if you want something doing, do it yourself sprang to mind.
