Doctor Coffee’s Cafe, based in Darlington, County Durham, UK is easy to find. Just ask anyone for directions to the Civic Theatre and the cafe itself is just over the road.

Owner Bel is very open to gadget use, providing free wifi to paying customers of the cafe and if asked politely, she is not adverse to people re-charging there.
